      <description>Laura will create a bespoke programme taking into consideration the birth of your baby, your previous exercise experience and any issues (pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, postural imbalances and muscular weaknesses) you might have. Laura also has experience training women after miscarriage, stillbirth and neonatal death.&#xA;Laura will begin with a combination of bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, incorporating yoga for flexibility and mobility. When you are ready she will progressively add weights and cardio to build a healthy and strong physique from the inside out.</description>

      <description>Laura is a London based personal trainer with 8 years of experience training women with a particular passion for pre and postnatal fitness. She has a 16 month old son and is currently pregnant with her second baby, due later this summer.&#xA;Laura began running and yoga when she was studying at Newcastle University and discovered the hugely positive effects of exercise on both physical and mental health. She moved to London in 2013 and, having always loved babies and children, became a part-time nanny along side modelling.</description>
