About Laura
Laura is a London based personal trainer with 8 years of experience training women with a particular passion for pre and postnatal fitness. She has a 16 month old son and is currently pregnant with her second baby, due later this summer.
Laura began running and yoga when she was studying at Newcastle University and discovered the hugely positive effects of exercise on both physical and mental health. She moved to London in 2013 and, having always loved babies and children, became a part-time nanny along side modelling.
She completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2017 and taught TRX / strength and conditioning classes at Heartcore Fitness in Fulham for a year before deciding to focus on her personal clients full-time.
Laura designs personalised sessions depending on your goals, stage of pregnancy or post birth recovery and taking into consideration the equipment you have at home.
Laura previously offered face-to-face sessions in and around South West London but during lockdown had to move all of her sessions online (via zoom). After receiving positive feedback on the online sessions Laura decided to continue with these and now runs her business solely online.
