“When I found out I was pregnant I struggled to know what exercise was ‘ok’ to do - having always loved running and high intensity classes I found myself sitting idle whilst trying to figure out what I could do! Laura saved the day! She guided me through the rest of my pregnancy moderating our sessions each week, listening to how I was feeling and adjusting as necessary- I felt challenged, safe, and energised! Knowing I was keeping active and maintaining my fitness was so important for me. And I’m certain I wouldn’t have been able to get back to full fitness (and shape!) as quickly as I did post delivery had I not had Laura in my life! My son is nearly one and I’m still seeing her every week- finding time to exercise between work and being a mum is hard, but it’s brilliant with Laura because she comes to the house over nap time and if my son wakes up, she scoops him up and keeps him.
