About Laura

Laura is a London based personal trainer with 6 years experience specialising in pre and postnatal fitness.

She began running and yoga when she was studying at Newcastle University and discovered the hugely positive effects of exercise on both physical and mental health. She moved to London in 2013 and, having always loved babies and children, became a part-time nanny along side modelling.

Laura completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2017 and taught TRX / strength and conditioning classes at Heartcore Fitness in Fulham for a year before deciding to focus on her personal clients full-time.

Laura designs personalised sessions which combine free weights, resistance bands, cardio and yoga, to improve flexibility and create a strong, healthy physique.

Laura is based in South West London and trains clients at their homes, in nearby parks (weather depending!) and online (Zoom).
